Initial Brief
- I have chosen to design a website about Photography. My aim is to make a Photography Portfolio of different types of Photography from different Photographers. Also, I aim to learn about different types of Photography as I go on creating the website. Photos that are going to be uploaded are not mine unless stated. The purpose of this website is to put in different types of Photography in one website and learn about Photography as well. This website is for people who have interest in doing Photography.
Stakeholders
Main Stakeholder - Me, Myself and I
Secondary Stakeholder - Karren, Louise, Sophia, Cory and Aiden
It would be easy for me to access and get feedback from my secondary stakeholders as they use blogger as well as I do. The impact on getting my stakeholders feedback is that I would know where and what improvement is needed on my website.
Key Factors
Time Management
- This is a high priority on this project.
- I need to use my time efficiently so that I can get my work done on time.
- I need to plan things on what I would want to do with my website.
Stakeholders
- They are a high priority on this project.
- Stakeholders would be a big part on creating my website as they can let me know what needs improving and what things I have done good.
- I need to get their feedback for every time I do something new with my website.
- Get in touch with them.
Resource
- This is a high priority because I would need proper resources in able to create this website. Without proper resources, I will not be able to create and start on this project.
Copyright
- I think that this is a low priority as I will most unlikely be breaking any law of copyrights.
